The Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) program is an initiative by the Government of Malaysia granting a long-term, renewable multiple-entry visa to qualified individuals and their families. It allows participants to reside, invest, and retire in Malaysia with peace of mind.

Application Process

Collect documents from participant Appendix A

Key in applications to MM2H portal

Original documents to be submitted to MOTAC within days of online application before  10am  (Payment – 20% of agency fee from applicant)

Upon approval, submit documents ( Appendix B) to the MM2H portal Pay Government participation fee RM200,000 (payment slip to attach)

Original documents to be submitted to MOTAC within 3  days of online application before  10am  (Payment – 80% balance agency fee from applicant)

Endorsement Original passport required for MM2H sticker

Platinum

♦ Tenure:  20 Years

♦ Fixed Deposit:  USD 1,000,000 or equivalent to Ringgit

♦ Property Purchase:  RM 2,000,000

♦ Participation Fee:  RM 200,000

♦ Agency Fee:  RM 70,000

Medical Card:  REQUIRED

♦ Medical Check-Up:  REQUIRED

♦ Minimum Stay:  90 Days per year

♦ Dependent:  Subject to MM2H regulations

♦ Own Company & Have Income:  ALLOWED

♦ Employment: ALLOWED

♦ Education:  ALLOWED

♦ Medical Treatment:  ALLOWED

Gold

♦ Tenure:  15 Years

♦ Fixed Deposit:  USD 500,000 or equivalent to Ringgit

♦ Property Purchase:  RM 1,000,000

♦ Participation Fee:  RM 3,000

♦ Agency Fee:  RM 55,000

♦ Medical Card:  REQUIRE

♦ Medical Check-Up:  REQUIRED

♦ Minimum Stay:  90 Days per year

♦ Dependent:  Subject to MM2H regulations

♦ Own Company & Have Income:   NOT ALLOWED

Employment:  NOT ALLOWED
